Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade, the new features are available immediately. When you downgrade, your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period.
What happens when I hit my plan limits?
We will notify you as you approach your limits. Once you reach a limit you can still view existing data, but new additions for that resource type will be paused until you upgrade or free up capacity.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?
Yes. Annual billing saves you roughly 17% compared to monthly pricing. Contact our sales team or switch to annual billing directly in your account settings.
Is there a free trial for Pro and Enterprise?
Pro includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all Pro features. For Enterprise, we offer a guided pilot program -- contact our sales team to learn more.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as ACH bank transfers for annual plans. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice.
