By accessing or using Kontrol, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Permitted Use

Kontrol is provided for lawful business purposes including contract management, vendor management, and spend analytics. You may not use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.

4. Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you upload to Kontrol. We will not access, use, or share your data except as necessary to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy, or as required by law.

5. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime or data loss beyond the scope of our service level agreement.

6. Billing & Cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kontrol's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
